25 FULLY-PLANTED HECTARES

The soul of our wines is in our grapes. These are grown on 25 fully-planted hectares, and constantly tended by our agronomist. The small valley in which the vines grow offers excellent, all-day exposure to the sun, which yields a grape of the nest quality.
The vines are spur-pruned, and grown at a density of 6500 vines per hectare, with an emergency irrigation system.
The exceptionally high proportion of fruit-yielding vines permits only the very best grapes to be selected from the vine, meaning we can leave a few bunches on every plant.
The advantage: optimized ripening of the grapes and higher concentration of the polyphenol compounds contained in the grapes. The result is wine of a quality that speaks for itself.
